Starbucks is Starbucks. Like it loathe it, it's da Bux.
The staff here is what makes this place great. At least on the weekends. Which is when I generally come. Nelly always has a smile on his face and will even give you a little victory dance when you cash in one of your bonus star drinks!
They get a ton of tourists here which makes it hard to keep the place clean but they do a good job. It's pretty darn respectable all in all. Oh and the bathroom is it disgusting which is a plus especially for New York City! Definitely one of my favorite locations especially in this big old town! -

This Starbucks is really great in some areas and lacking in others.
For one, it's convenient located in Soho. Great place to take a coffee break after shopping. Additionally, it's rather large so you can easily find a seat/ table.
On the other hand, this location is very hectic. The employees have a hard time keeping up with the orders, so there's a big crowd of people waiting for their orders.
Overall, good place to get your standard cup of Joe, but this location can use some improvement. -

Other Starbucks another ultimate caramel Frappuccino. Not much to say most Starbucks are cookie cutter. Friendly over pompous baristas with overly stylish hats and dreadlocks.
Over most Starbucks are clean and hey have the Ken drink I like so. Yay.
No complaints here. Standard Starbucks colors.
I do wish people cared more for their jobs but ultimately a job is temporary. -

There was coffee grounds on the floor going in and the employee told us they were shut down for no reason or anything. They don't honor there store hours. I will not recommend this location ever. Good luck to that junk.
